Bank Holidays).Fully funded support for Qualifications, Training and DevelopmentResponsibilities of a Health & Safety Co-Ordinator:.Provide HSE advice and training.Stay updated on legal obligations and best practices; communicate changes..Maintain an effective HSE audit system...Report on site risk trends..Support ISO45001 and 14001 compliance..Ensure compliance with the Global HSE Management System..Advise on management systems and assist in external audits..Develop and participate in HSE improvement programs..Support waste and energy reduction initiatives..Lead & support root cause analysis sessions..Manage HSE administration and data..Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and corporate requirements..Promote a positive safety culture..Drive continuous improvement in HSE standards..Assist the HSE manager with projects and campaigns..Support the HSE Committee and stakeholder engagement..Educate employees on incident and hazard reporting..Manage subcontractor safety compliance..Identify and control workplace hazards..Create and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements..Conduct safety inductions and toolbox meetings..Develop corrective and preventive actions..Audit Zero Harm policies and recommend improvements..Conduct routine safety inspections..Perform other duties as required.What You'll Need:.Experience and knowledge of Health & Safety practices within manufacturing, production, construction, chemical, pharma or other high-risk environments..Experience of driving and managing health and safety compliance.Strong communication and relationship building skills.Ability to lead and support others.Excellent time management and attention to detailJS Recruitment UK Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
