Position: Head of Year (Non-Teaching)
Salary: £25,728 - £28,533 (Term Time)
Full Salary Range: Support Staff Salary Scale Point 19-24 (£29,777 - £33,024)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Permanent, Term Time, 37 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated, caring, and hardworking non-teaching Head of Year to lead on pastoral support, behaviour, and attendance for a Year Group.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead on pastoral support for a specific Year Group
  • Oversee behaviour management and attendance tracking
  • Support students in reaching their academic and personal potential
  • Contribute to the overall welfare and development of the school

This is an exciting opportunity as the school is expanding, currently serving 485 students across Years 7, 8, and 9, with an additional 195 places offered for September 2024. The school has recently moved into a modern, state-of-the-art building with stunning views of the countryside and convenient access to several motorway links.
