JSS Search have partnered with a leading not-for-profit organisation who offer a range of frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems to wider public sector organisations. These compliant procurement solutions are mainly across estates, facilities, construction and major works, consultancy and utilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of compliant and timely procurement activity
  • Work with the regional business units to ensure all procurement programmes are synchronised
  • Become central advisory expert on PCR15/Procurement Act 2023 for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support Director with rolling 10 year procurement strategy to maintain market leading position
  • Manage delivery of procurement programmes (end-to-end procurement activity)
  • Manage external DPS platform
  • Work with wider procurement team to continuously improve the development and delivery of their frameworks


Essential Person Specification:

  • MCIPS
  • Excellent knowledge & understanding of public sector procurement regulations
  • Knowledge of contractual procurement frameworks and experience developing multi-supplier frameworks
  • Understanding of legislative and statutory requirements relating to property and construction


Desirable Person Specification:

  • Experience delivering complex construction programmes
  • Prior experience implementing a dynamic purchasing system
