The team are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Performance to lead the digital marketing efforts in the fashion industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, with a specific focus on performance-driven strategies in the fashion sector.

As the Head of Performance, this role will be at the forefront of digital strategy and execution, playing a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of their own luxury brands and clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to the fashion industry, encompassing channels such as, PPC, Social Media, and email marketing.

  • Continuously analyse campaign performance to optimise for ROI. Utilise advanced analytics tools to track, report, and improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Efficiently manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment and aligning spending with strategic goals.

  • Lead and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and fashion, applying innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Cross-department collaboration. Work closely with other departments, including creative, merchandising, and sales, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on the fashion industry.

  • Expertise in using digital analytics tools (Google analytics, semrush) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Proven experience leading and motivating a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Deep understanding of the fashion industry, including current trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape.

  • The ability to think creatively and innovate in strategy and tactics to achieve outstanding results in a competitive market.

  • Proficiency in various digital marketing platforms and tools, including PPC, social media advertising, email marketing platforms, and CRM software.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively to a range of stakeholders.
