Job Responsibilities / Outline of job


  • Lead / Manage the development, enhancement, and maintenance of cutting-edge machine learning models to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data science projects that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets.
  • Mentor and coach junior data scientists, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization


Person we are looking for:


  • Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Python, Snowflake, dbt
  • Experienced in mentoring & developing teams
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts, ML Ops tools, algorithms, and techniques, with practical experience in applying them to real-world problems
