Head of Acquisitions

Deverellsmith has partnered with an investor developer who is looking to expand its team by hiring a head of acquisitions to focus on Land & Investment deals in the NW with a particular focus in Manchester. Our client is well funded has a genuine appetite to do deals.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in acquisitions within the living sector
  • Conduct real estate valuation analysis to assess investment opportunities
  • Provide support in roles related to due diligence processes
  • Utilise data mining techniques to gather relevant market insights
  • Lead due diligence processes and oversee the execution of transactions
  • Drafting investment memorandum for internal and external use to communicate investment opportunities effectively
  • Assist with legal negotiations

    • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in acquisitions within the living sector
  • Demonstrated experience in deal execution
  • Proficiency in numerical analysis and Excel skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Driving license
