Stanton House are proud to be partnering with the UK's leading provider of utility infrastructure maintenance to hire a Group FP&A Analyst.
As the Group FP&A Analyst, you’ll get the opportunity to:
- Supporting the preparation of month end reporting templates, working closely with divisions to identify and resolve data issues.
- Supporting the preparation of budgeting and forecasting templates to ensure delivery of effective processes.
- Development and improvement of functional cost reporting.
- Supporting the preparation of board presentation materials as required.
- Undertake detailed financial analysis using advanced excel and modelling skills to provide business insight to the executive and enable the Group to meet its objectives.
- Support the development of functional reporting in Oracle, driving improved insight into the Group’s cost base.
- Support the development and improvement of the FP&A function by identifying and driving additional opportunities to provide additional insight.
- Preparation of supplementary board materials to provide insight to the CFO.
- Support with the development of new FP&A systems.
What you’ll bring?
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience working in an FP&A role.
- Advanced financial modelling and excel skills.
- Experience in FP&A activities such as budgeting and board presentations.
- Systems experience. Experience of PBCS (Oracle) desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to challenge senior stakeholders and operate with appropriate impact and influence.
- Experience of the infrastructure sector would be advantageous but not essential.
