About the SchemeThe programme includes four 6-month placements to give you a full understanding of our client’s business model:First Year:Customer Service Advisor: Gain foundational knowledge in our freight and parcels and fulfillment teams. Second Year:Direct Sales Role: Engage in new business acquisition and nurture existing customer relationships. Final 6 Months:Option to work as a Branch Manager (in the UK or abroad), orTake on a project in another department such as Marketing, Finance, or Franchise Support. Development OpportunitiesMentorship and Coaching: Personalised support to guide your professional growth. Workshops and Courses: Enhance your skills in leadership, people management, sales, presentation, and more.
