Cure Talent are currently working with a medical equipment manufacture who are looking for Business Development Associate to join them.

The Business Development Associate will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, supporting the sales and marketing efforts of the wider BD team, and expanding our market presence.

Its primary focus is to drive sales and revenue growth of our inhaler devices and services.

Responsibilities: * Plan, lead and support the sales efforts of the BD team.

* Execute the customer scouting and contacting to deliver the sales objectives of the BD team.

* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs and competitive opportunities to exploit within the portable inhaler device sector globally.

* Develop and Execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

* Improve and update the CRM and other BD database with market/customer intelligence.

* Manage client contacts and interface through lead and opportunity initiation and delivery.

* Plan and deliver conference attendance and exhibition targets.

* Plan, hold and record clients meeting following the BD team standards and practices.

* Provide feedback from the market to support product development and improvement working closely with Quality, engineering, and product development teams to ensure product offerings meet client demands.

* Collaborate with marketing to create and implement marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional activities and monitor success across channels.

* Prepare reports as required for the Executive on sales, market trends, and business development activities together with insights and guidance based on data analysis.

* Support the Executive team with the formulation of a strategic plan to deliver the key performance indicators aligned to the business development strategy including the identification of new market segments and product opportunities for inhaler devices
