German Speaking Customer Service Advisor Permanent £23,500 - £25,000 per annum + excellent benefits Milton Keynes Do you speak German and English to a fluent and professional standard? Are you experienced working in a customer focused environment? Is the work that you produce accurate and to a high standard? If so, this could be the perfect role for you… Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for a German Customer Service Advisor to work alongside their friendly and supportive multi-national team. To be considered for this role you will need to be a native or fluent German speaker, able to work in both German and English. This role is fully office based whilst training, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). After this a hybrid model is applied. Your main role within the company will involve dealing directly with customers, handling inbound emails and tele calls, delivering high levels of customer service.
