The Brixton site provides flat linen services, chiefly to the hospitality and healthcare sectors. We are looking for a commercially savvy General Manager with an eye for operational improvement and the ability to work effectively with everyone from the Board to the shop floor. You can move seamlessly from a strategy meeting, analysing every line on your P&L, to a discussion about whether a piece of capex has another six months of life before it needs to be replaced. You’re as happy in a client meeting, negotiating terms, as you are working through logistics planning, and you love it when your team does such a fantastic job that other sites are calling them for tips.

You’ll already be a General Manager with full P&L responsibility. You might be in facilities, logistics, or high-volume manufacturing. You’ll certainly be hard-working, humble and naturally positive, and you’ll be looking for a place that you can feel proud of.
