We are looking for a commercially savvy General Manager with an eye for operational improvement and the ability to work effectively with everyone from the Board to the shop floor. You can move seamlessly from a strategy meeting, analysing every line on your P&L, to a discussion about whether a piece of capex has another six months of life before it needs to be replaced. You’re as happy in a client meeting, negotiating terms, as you are working through logistics planning, and you love it when your team does such a fantastic job that other sites are calling them for tips.
