Elevate is seeking a Funds Lawyer, UK/EU-qualified associate trained within a top firm's investment funds team.

The candidate must have a minimum of 3-6 years of post-qualification experience and excellent private funds and Asset Management experience to cover any interim needs of our customers (law firms and financial services firms).


Location: London with 2 to 3 days in the office.


Specific duties to be undertaken in the role:


  • advising clients on fund formation, structuring, and operation of various types of investment funds, including private equity, hedge, and real estate funds.
  • drafting and reviewing fund documentation, assisting clients with regulatory compliance, providing legal support on fund-related transactions, conducting due diligence, and preparing reports on fund investments.
  • advising fund sponsors on operation and compliance issues, portfolio investment-related matters, and general partner/manager compensation.

Key Requirements (Must Haves):


This position requires a thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory aspects of fund management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
