An exciting position has become available within the Nikki Tibbles Wild at Heart Floristry team, we are looking for a Florist to support in our busy Wild at Heart shops.

Job Title: Florist

Reporting to: Store Manager

 

Hours: Full Time, 45 hours and to be occasionally available outside of these hours. Please note, you will be required to work on a rota pattern, covering full week from Monday to Sunday. 5 days a week, 9-hour shifts.

 

Location: All Stores; Weighhouse Street, Liberty and The Island

Job Specification

  • Conditioning of flowers
  • Advising customers in person, over the phone and via email with queries/flower suggestions
  • Creating beautiful arrangements and hand ties to WAH brand aesthetic and standard
  • Packaging of flowers ensure a high standard of presentation
  • Stock rotation
  • Daily paperwork e.g. end of day reports
  • Daily upkeep of the studio and shops
  • Liaising and booking internal and external couriers for customer deliveries
  • Supporting head office staff with ad-hoc requests

Requirements

  • Retail experience
  • Good seasonal flower knowledge and care
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Confident communicator
  • Plenty of stamina
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Efficient, able to work to tight deadlines
  • Creative background preferable, but not essential
  • Good phone manners
