We are currently seeking a Fleet Services Advisor to join our Dawsongroup vans team in Willenhall, Birmingham.


As a Fleet Services Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management and maintenance of our vehicle fleet.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Here’s a flavour of what you’ll be doing day-to-day:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with regular reviews of the physical appearance of the fire fleet, identifying cleaning, repair, and maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed "check out" and "check in" inspections are conducted on all vehicles leaving for or returning from hire.
  • Notify customers immediately once damage has been identified and obtain re-charge authorisation from customers when required.
  • Provide timely responses to customer and internal queries, effectively communicating customer correspondence and queries to other departments as appropriate.
  • Handle telephone queries received within the fleet department efficiently.
  • Perform other general administrative tasks as needed.
