Location: Based in Worcester, with travel to 3 other UK sites


Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time


Working Hours: 37.5 hrs worked per week, core hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (flexibility required according to business demands)


Salary: £55, per annum

  • Responsibilities:


    As the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for:



  • Ensuring all vehicles and trailers comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements

  • Collaborating with the senior leadership team to improve customer service

  • Monitoring and analysing data to identify areas for improvement

  • Managing vehicle scheduling for maintenance, repairs, and replacement

  • Reporting any accidents or incidents

  • Maintaining FOR's accreditation and Earned Recognition


  • Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



  • Holder of Transport Manager CPC

  • Knowledge of the working time directive and driver hours

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Experience in fleet compliance


  • Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



  • Additional certifications related to fleet management

  • Experience in the distribution industry


  • Technologies:



  • Proficiency in relevant fleet management software
