Tuckers Solicitors are seeking a Work From Office Finance Director to join us at our London W1 HQ.
We are a Legal Aid and Private client firm, therefore all salary expectations have to be in line with the relatively poor renumeration that criminal law delivers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to work directly with the Managing and Regional Partners in growing the business, contribute to the realisation of the firm's objectives, and be a strategic voice at management level.
Our entire case management system is delivered by an in-house bespoke platform. Consequently, the successful applicant will have a high degree of IT literacy.
Essential key skills
Several years’ relevant experience in a similar type role. Demonstrable ability to analyse data about the operation, problem solve and improve processes. Able to have conversations with senior partners in which they highlight areas for improvement and challenge them to address problems. Proficient in the application of GDPR legislation. Being collaborative, flexible and efficient with close attention to detail
