Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial controlling functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to streamline processes and improve financial performance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, including safeguarding requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Ensure robust internal controls and financial risk management practices are in place.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3=5 years of experience in financial controlling, with at least 2 years of experience in safeguarding.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
