Supporting a "best-in-class" manufacturing site in Dundee, you will report into the Financial Director to provide sound financial guidance and technical expertise to the Dundee business. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in professional practice, to develop their career in industry. The Opportunity This job opportunity will offer a mix of technical financial accounting, interaction with operational stakeholders and team leadership. The role supports the financial management of the manufacturing site and feeds into the wider group finance team. Your role will involve; Background and Experience You will be a professionally Qualified Accountant (CA/ACCA/ACMA), ideally from a professional practice background with strong technical accounting skills. You will have excellent knowledge and experience of P&L and balance sheet and be able to work effectively with stakeholders from across the business. You may have had exposure to, or worked with, organisations in the manufacturing sector and be comfortable with technical reporting standards such as UKGAAP and IFRS. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to drive financial policy - influencing key stakeholders. You should consider yourself someone who can provide sound financial guidance to aid business decision making and ideally have a proven track record of this.
