Halliday Marx have partnered with a growing Consultancy Firm to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the FC and working closely alongside the CFO you will oversee the finance function including processes, controls and reporting. Key duties will include, but not be limited too;

Duties

  • Ownership of the monthly Management Accounts and quarterly board packs
  • Management of accountants and the wider team including training and development
  • Ownership of the weekly cashflow reporting
  • Responsible for payroll across multiple regions
  • Support and assist with companies commissions calculations
  • Prepare VAT and other tax submissions
  • Oversee treasury requirements for the group
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual statutory and group accounts
  • Primary contact during audit
  • Adhoc duties and support as required

    • The Successful Candidate;

  • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable experience within a fast paced consultancy environment
  • Previous experience managing a small team would be desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and must be able to deal with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Deadline driven, must be able to manage a tight workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent excel skillset
  • Strong sense of humour, personable and works well in a team environment
