Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to drive strategic decision-making processes.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support business objectives.
  • Act as a key liaison between finance and heads of Operations to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives.
  • Utilise strong systems experience to drive automation and efficiency within financial processes.
  • Adapt quickly to changes and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

    • Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong systems experience with the ability to drive automation initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
