Forge Talent are currently engaged with an exciting manufacturer with a group turnover of 25 million based in Cheadle.

They are currently looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to join the finance team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Business Partner will be pivotal in driving the business forward.

You will be taking the lead in the reporting process and building a suite of reports for the business that identifies KPIs, metrics and trends.

The main responsibilities include:


  • Lead for Power BI integration
  • Maintain, monitor, and develop the sales reporting up to GM (Daily / Weekly / Month End
  • Reporting – Distribution / Warehouse / Freight and Logistics Analysis.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process – Assisting in the forecasting up to GM level
  • Work closely with the Group partnering with the MD and Sales Director
  • Stock Reports / Analysis
  • E-Commerce Reports – Sales, margins, and trends

Ideal Experience:


  • CIMA, ACCA qualified or studying
  • Strong systems and model-building skills are essential ideally with Power BI
  • Highly analytical, able to drill into and understand the numbers
  • Great communicator, both with finance and non-finance colleagues
  • Great relationship builder, to become a trusted advisor to the business with big growth plans
