Summary Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a well-established, very reputable global consulting business in Central London and hybrid working is available. Our client operates in 45 countries and is looking  to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.  Your focus will be accounts payable and accounts receivable.   You will be part of an established and friendly team.  This role will allow for growth and is a great base for career development with a fantastic and well known business.  The Finance Assistant will report to the Finance Manager. Support to Consulting Team:Support the operational delivery of consulting projects by assisting with Salesforce administration and invoicingGuide other parts of the business on correct Salesforce use and data captureOther relevant tasks as directed by various senior management Support to Finance Team:Ensure all purchase invoices are captured within Salesforce and allocated to correct projectEnsure timely payments are made to all suppliersHelp ensure all rebillable expenses are captured in invoicingLook after credit card reconciliations and purchase ledger reconciliationsReconcile operational petty cash on monthly basis and ensure all costs are capturedEnsure all sales invoices are raised and issued to clients on timely basisHelp manage the accurate production of revenue reportsAssist with production of month end management accounts and annual auditsOther relevant tasks as directed by the Finance Manager and wider Finance TeamSkills, knowledge and Experience This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation that is always evolving and continues to grow.   The business is described as a fun and friendly place to work.  No two days are the same and therefore a proactive individual who is flexible and used to a changing environment would do well in this role.It would be useful if you have the below:Outstanding written and verbal communication skills: ability to communicate financial information to non-finance colleagues1+ years of experience in transactional financeKnowledge of a CRM tool (ideally SalesForce).Competent skills with office-based software; MSOffice, especially excel.Willingness to develop finance/accounting skillsSalary & Benefits:£38kGenerous holiday packagePlus lots more benefitsVenture Recruitment Partners (also trading as Chilworth Partnership Ltd) is a Recruitment Agency.
