What we offer our Field Care Supervisors: Competitive salary - £24,000 - £27,000 + pay for care calls delivered outside of normal working hours or time in lieu Access to award winning training and ongoing professional development Career progression opportunities and room to grow – we are looking for a candidate with a desire to develop into a care leadership role An employer that really listens, values, and appreciates everything you do A role that offers something different every day and plenty of job satisfaction Recognition and rewards for hard work Main duties and responsibilities include: Provide support to our caregivers in their day-to-day job Onboard new carers and introduce them to Clients Participate in new Client assessments, complete and update care plans and risk assessments. Draw up tailored person-centred care plans for new Clients Maintain ongoing service user compliance, by undertaking care plan and risk assessment reviews Carry out introductions every time a care assistant is matched to a Client for the first time Monitor, supervise and mentor all care assistants Ensure all services are compliant with legislations, CQC standards and regulations Monitor and assess all Clients for customer satisfaction Ensure the recording of all necessary information clearly and legibly in line with record keeping policies and procedures Responding to queries from Clients Deliver care calls as required in emergencies and gaps in rota Take a turn on a rota basis to manage the office on-call telephone support service, including every other weekend. Building relationships with the residents and families to ensure we deliver personalised care To ensure training needs of all staff are met effectively –identify and organise provision of training needs To arrange and deliver induction training and assess the competency of care assistants completing the Care Certificate to meet the Company’s recruitment needs. We cover Telford, Shifnal, Newport, Bridgnorth, Codsall, Bishop’s Wood, Pattingham, Priorslee, Lilleshall therefore local area knowledge is highly desirable.
