Job Description As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the overall FM service delivery, supplier monitoring, customer experience and client liaison for your building and to manage allocated budgets. Key Responsibilities Act as service champion for one or more of the service lines if required Form a partnership with your allocated supplier and ISS colleagues which both effectively monitor their performance and supports them in achieving their contractual obligations Work closely with the onsite team to ensure that all aspects of performance targets are met Continually review performance against agreed SLAs and intervene to prevent failure Build and maintain relationships with internal customers, other property teams and suppliers Ensure your team is fully informed about operational updates, processed and account wide objectives so that they feel informed, involved and supported Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Graduate calibre (or appropriate time served record) Professional qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience within the FM Management arena Experience managing suppliers within a similar environment IT literate with knowledge of MS Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of seniority The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
