Roleoverview


Were looking for aFacilities Coordinator to join our team in London.

Reporting to ourHead of Operations you will oversee and carry out maintenancesafety and functionality in the building.

This includescoordinating repairs managing contractor relationships implementingsafety practices and ensuring compliance with building regulations.

You will work closely with various teams and brands (our internalbusinesses) to address any challenges and improve the overall workenvironment.


You would typically work onsite inour central London building but may need to visit other Next 15sites and may very rarely work evenings or weekends in the event ofspecial projects.


As a FacilitiesCoordinator at Next 15 youwill:


  • Coordinateand oversee maintenance activities including buildinginfrastructure HVAC systems and electricalsystems.

  • Schedule andsupervise repairs and lightrenovations.

  • Managerelationships with external contractors and service providers toensure costeffectivesolutions.

  • Develop andimplement preventative maintenance programmes to prolong thelifespan of equipment andfacilities.

  • Monitor andenforce safety to minimise risks and maintain compliance withbuildingregulations.

  • Conduct regularinspections to identify maintenance needs safety hazards andopportunities forimprovement.

  • Maintainaccurate records of maintenance activities expenses and inventoryof supplies andequipment.

  • Collaborate withbrands and other teams such as Operations and IT to understandneeds and develop plans to support businessfacilities.

  • Assist in theplanning and execution of logistics for events and meetings officemoves space allocations andexpansions.

  • Respond promptlyto any unexpected events and take appropriate action to mitigaterisks and minimisedisruptions.

  • Stay informedabout trends technologies and best practices in buildingmanagement.

Youwillbring:


  • Experiencewith facilities building services or a relatedrole.

  • Strong knowledge ofbuilding systems maintenance procedures and safetyregulations.

  • Familiar withplatforms such as Building Management Systems(BMS).
