ECHO HOUSE FABRICATION PROJECT MANAGER Reporting to: Director of Fabrication and Design
Echo House is a market leader specialising in Creative & Technical Design, Artworking, Digital Content, Printing, Experiential Brand Activation, and Sustainable Production.
Scope of the Role:
Collaborative. Positive. Respectful. Organised. Exceptional People Skills.
Primarily, this role is responsible for the estimation of bespoke luxury retail fabrication projects, whilst offering expertise and support to our Fabrication Production Management team where capacity allows.
The initial responsibility involves a thorough understanding and interpretation of client briefs, ensuring they align clearly and concisely with the Project Team and the client requirements. A critical aspect of this role is identifying the most effective and efficient production practices, appropriate material usage, and, when required, vendor solutions, while also comprehensively costing each aspect. Following this, the role requires clear communication with the Project and Fabrication departments, providing context to ensure our proposals not only meet the intentions of the brief but also manage expectations of all stakeholders.
On a day-to-day basis, this role involves constant interaction with the Project Coordination and Fabrication Management teams. This includes overseeing a project from its concept stage to delivery, within a dynamic and high-pressure production environment. Throughout this process, maintaining a focus on quality, budget, and timely delivery is paramount.
The nature of our industry is that working ad hoc additional hours, or out of normal working hours, can be expected as a normal function of this role. Paid overtime, or time in lieu, is not provided for this. The leadership team of Echo House remain committed to limiting the extent and potential impact of this, for all individuals at Echo.
