This role offers an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for young children's lifelong learning journey.Responsibilities:Develop creative lesson plans that incorporate storytelling, interactive games, and hands-on activities to captivate young minds while fostering a love for learningEstablish a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere where children feel safe to express themselves and explore new ideas, encouraging curiosity and building confidenceUtilize a variety of assessment methods, such as observations, checklists, and portfolios, to track each child's development and tailor instruction accordingly, ensuring personalized learning experiencesFoster strong partnerships with parents through regular communication and involvement in school activities.
