An exciting new opportunity is available to become the Registered Manager across 2 Extra Care facilities very local to each other in the Reading area.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the schemes and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to the residents.

Both sites have a full time Team Leaders, the services are small services regarding hours of care provided.

This is a rapidly growing care company where there will be clear scope for career progression!

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:

Deliver services effectively and efficiently and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met
Provide management, leadership, and support to all staff
Ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders
Ensure that staff are trained for their roles and responsibilities
Put in place measures to comply with CQC regulations
Registered Manager Requirements:

Previous experience as a Manager in a care setting essential, preferably within extra/ domiciliary/residential care or supported housing
Excellent communication skills
Good management skills and is willing to take on responsibility
A team player whose goal is to leverage good service
Knowledge of CQC compliance and regulations
Level 5 qualification or working towardsBenefits:
