Tees Valley Motors are looking for an experienced Service Advisor. Daily Duties include:- Provide estimates to customers and confirm bookings for servicing and repair works. Accurately maintain the service diary to include both retail and internal jobs. Advise on a recommended course of action to our customers, and accurately invoice any work carried out. Keep our customers fully informed of all available extras, accessories and value products, whilst maximising the opportunity to upsell. Correctly distribute the workload to the relevant technicians, by loading the workshops accordingly. Ensuring service and MOT reminders are sent to customers in a timely manner. What qualities do I need to succeed in the Service Advisor role? Background in customer service and an interest in the automotive industry. Organisation skills, and confidence with using computer systems. Experience of sales, with the ability to maintain customer service levels in a fast-paced environment.
