The role of a Consultant: - Business Development and networking at senior levels in Life Sciences
- Responsible for finding, preparing and leading Executive Search pitches, supported by our Managing Partner
- Leading Executive Search assignments, supported by our full-time research team
- Finding through Business Development vacancies and opportunities for the other teams at Barrington James (including permanent contingent and contract recruitment) and helping close those leads to pass to their teams
- An active participant in the Board and Executive team, joining weekly meetings, sharing networks and information both regionally and globally
You: - Comfortable taking instruction and working independently.
- Motivated by process and quality.
- Intelligent, resourceful, detailed.
- Experienced in the recruitment of roles at Director level and above
- Ideally have pitched and won retained recruitment assignments before
- Ambitious to recruit the most senior and influential roles in the industry
- Full-time
- Can work flexibly (part home, part office based)
