- Full menu control
- A strong head chef to produce high quality, 100% fresh food
- To lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team

The Requirements - A strong Head Chef with Restaurant or Hotel background
- A genuine love for food
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
- Head Chef experience within busy cooking environments
- A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
