  • A strong Head Chef with Restaurant or Hotel background
  • A genuine love for food
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
  • Head Chef experience within busy cooking environments
  • A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
