The Knowledge Manager works in individual local teams and as part of a global knowledge management task force. The primary functions of this role are (1) to work within a team of assigned recruiters to drive revenue and optimize recruiting performance and (2) to champion the company’s initiative of providing its clients and candidates with a deep knowledge of local and global market conditions and dynamics by ensuring that recruiters are armed with the most recent market knowledge. The primary duties of the Knowledge Manager include, but are not limited to the following:
Preferred Qualifications: Background in law firm, legal or executive search industries is ideal, as is experience supporting and/or interacting with C-levels; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required (JDs welcome). Attention to detail is critical in this role as are excellent written/oral communication and technical skills including the full MS Office Suite, and ideally experience with an Applicant Tracking System or CRM. Ability to work onsite in our London office 2 to 3 days each week with additional days as required for events, meetings, etc. The successful candidate thrives in a high-volume work environment and has the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines. The service our recruiters provide to Macrae’s external candidates and clients is white glove and client focused.
