Key Responsibilities: Maintain confidentiality and use discretion and sound judgment in all responsibilities. Ensuring priorities are addressed and the SLT are well-prepared for all engagements. Communication and Coordination: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and organize agendas and materials, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and completed. Manage proactive responses to highly confidential requests from students, external bodies and regulatory bodies. Travel and Event Management: Oversee events from planning to facilitation, ensuring smooth execution. Accompany the Provost and other SLT members at high-level events and meetings, managing guests and facilitating engagements. Project and Business Development Support: Draft proposals, create comprehensive presentations, and manage project plans. Office and Document Management: Manage and develop arrangements for the Provost and SLT, including diary management, research, and drafting formal reports. Handle legal documents and prepare expense reports. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years providing executive support at a high-growth start-up or similar professional experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in project management. Exceptional organizational skills with expertise in information management, record-keeping, and documentation. High emotional intelligence with excellent listening and communication skills. Ability to work both in a team and independently, with a high degree of responsibility and initiative. Strong commercial understanding and financial management skills, including forecasting and managing expenditures. Comfortable working with ambiguity and a self-starter driven by curiosity and a passion for problem-solving.
