European Tax Manager This is a great job for someone who has experience of tax and tax risk management within a large corporate group. A bit about the job: As a European Tax Manager, your role is to undertake support for the Real Assets business on tax matters including compliance, relating to European investments across real estate, infrastructure equity and private debt. You will partner with our external tax compliance suppliers to ensure an optimal level of service for our investors, to ensure timely and accurate tax reporting whilst also working closely with the investment teams, fund controllers and the operational teams in the UK and Luxembourg to ensure optimal service levels are maintained. The role provides the opportunity to produce and champion best practice controls and tax suitability criteria to facilitate and streamline processes. Alongside this you will also need to ensure a suitable framework is in place to record and manage tax compliance issues to ensure the process is efficient and tax risk is managed appropriately in line with the Tax Business Standard. This includes ensuring that tax issues/concerns are escalated as appropriate on a timely basis. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Financial services experience desirable.
