Consult are proud to be exclusively representing a well-established leader in the dental industry who are seeking a highly motivated Equipment Sales Manager to join their dynamic UK & Ireland team. The Opportunity:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Decontamination & Infection Control equipment across the UK & Ireland, exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with dealers and key accounts. You'll also play a key role in developing strategic partnerships and exploring new market opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets for Decon/IC equipment.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, including cold calling, following up on leads and attending industry events.
  • Foster strong relationships with dealers and key accounts, establishing strategic partnerships to promote infection control solutions.
  • Provide sales training and support to dealer teams.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with sales goals.
  • Explore opportunities to introduce a direct sales model for equipment.
  • Identify and develop new market segments for IC equipment such as podiatry, veterinary and tattoo studios.


We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in dental sales/business development within the UK & Ireland.
  • Proven experience selling equipment in the area of infection control.
  • In-depth knowledge of IC procedures and policies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and networking skills.
  • Strong administrative and time management skills.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • A highly organized and self-motivated work style.
  • A willingness to travel throughout the UK & Ireland.
