JOBSUMMARY:


The EntryLevelRecruiter will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring teamand assisting the HR team with various administrative duties.

Utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) theentrylevelrecruiter will evaluate candidates for open positionsensuring a streamlined recruitment process.

Main dutiesincludereviewing resumes and applications conducting initial phonescreens scheduling interviews coordinating with candidates and thehiring team managing the ATS creating and refreshing job postingsengaging in active and passive candidate searches and more.

Theentrylevel recruiter will have the opportunity to screen candidatesfor diverse roles across multiple fields such as technicaladministrative teaching sales hospitality and more.

To besuccessful in this role you should be able to develop longtermrecruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships withpotential hires.

Theentrylevelrecruiter will also provide valuableassistance to the HR team by handling various administrative tasksas assigned.

JOBDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Reviewresumes and applications to determine candidate suitability forvarious roles
  • Conduct initial phone screens toassess candidate qualifications
  • Scheduleinterviews between candidates and the hiringteam
  • Assist in managing calendars for thehiring team
  • Use ATS to keep track of open rolesand new candidates that come through
  • Promotepositive candidate experience through the hiringprocess
  • Assist the HR team with variousadministrative duties
  • Contribute to astreamlined recruitment process by ensuring prompt and efficientcoordination between candidates and the hiringteam

EDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE:


  • Associatesdegree preferred
  • 2 yearsof customer service experiencerequired
