Howden Joinery is recruiting Engineering Group Leaders for the Engineering team at our solid surface production facility, Howdens Work Surfaces, at Holme on Spalding Moor, East Yorkshire. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling maintenance and engineering activities throughout manufacturing to ensure asset performance, reliability, and quality are guaranteed and improved. As a confident leader, you will lead a team of engineering colleagues and, indirectly, the maintenance activities of operators in delivering world-class asset care with the highest standards of safety.
