An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment solicitor at a London Legal500 recommended firm.
The Firm The firm are mid-ranked for a number of practice areas and are also known for their diverse, friendly and supportive culture. Hybrid working is standard across the firm and target hours will be attractive for those seeking a work/life balance.
The Team You will be joining a small team of three talented lawyers and become an integral member, assisting on a breadth of contentious, advisory and transactional employment law matters.
The Role The team are instructed by a broad range of clients across multiple industries. The work will cover contentious and non-contentious matters for employers and employees, with a slight weighting towards non-contentious employer matters.
The Requirements Ideally you will have experience in a similar employment role at another firm that has a reputable employment law practice. Having both contentious and non-contentious experience will be preferred but a keen desire to have a mixed role is most important. They are open to someone who has trained at a city firm as well as those in regional firms who can demonstrate working on complex and/or high-value employment matters.
