Be part of a great team of Employee Relations specialists working alongside supporting the HR teams.This is a full time, permanent post and you can be based anywhere in the North West but must be able to travel to their office in Widnes as and when required.Benefits:Competitive Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum plus benefits including the option to work a 4 day week.Flexibility! You can work your full time hours over 4 days and enjoy a long weekend, or work over 5 days to accommodate your other commitments.Remote Working! Do you want to work from home ? Or do you prefer being in an office ? With this role you have the option of working remotely or from their head office in Widnes - or a blend between the two! Regular travel to the Head office in Widnes will be required. You'll also need to be able to travel nationally occasionally.Benefits: retail discounts, holiday discounts, cycle to work scheme and travel discounts through the benefits app.Support: From their Employee Assistance Programme (available 24/7), financial support options, and wellbeing fund you'll have the support available to lead an easier (financial) life.Day to Day you'll be: * You will be part of a centre of excellence providing expert advice, coaching and support to the regional people teams. * This is a wide ranging, varied and challenging role which will suit someone who wishes to develop their specialist experience in employee relations and enjoys dealing with a range of different case work such as disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, TUPE, medical capability, redundancy and restructure and flexible working. * The role will involve the creation and delivery of training to upskill the regional people teams and operational colleagues.Experience * Proven experience of managing complex employee relations cases and have a full and detailed understanding of HR policies and employment law. * CIPD qualification is desirable but experienced candidates will be considered. * Experience of writing policies, procedures and guidance materials * Health and Social Care sector experience is desirable * Experience of creating and delivering training in the effective management of ER matters * Redundancy, reorganisation and change of terms processes experience * Experience working in a high volume, fast paced commercial environmentFor more information please contact Joanne Diver or apply with your cv online today
