The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance and repairs within domestic properties West & South West Londo nResponsibilities:Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential properties.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with regulations.Diagnose electrical issues and propose effective solutions.Work collaboratively with colleagues & independently to complete tasks within agreed timescales.Maintain accurate records of work undertaken.You will be required to take part in an on call rotaRequirements:Qualified to the 18th Edition Wiring RegulationsCity & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalentTesting & Inspection qualification - (2391 or 2394/2395)Proven experience as an electrician, preferably within social housing or property maintenanceFull UK driving license.
