Experience with industrial-type installations would be advantageous SWA cables and metallic containment systems. About youEssential qualifications/ skills/ experience A thorough Understanding of Electrical Power System. (preferred) Previous experience working on a DNO network/ HV private networks Good organisational skills A hard-working, trust-worthy and self-motivated individual with a positive can-do attitude Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative and be able to work to set deadlines Strong communication skills, able to liaise with colleagues and management Desirable qualifications/ skills/ experience Industry-recognised electrical qualifications 18th Edition regulations Inspection testing qualifications preferred Scottish Power authorisations desirable including: SR-3/4 Receive & Clear PFW, LWC WI-1 Work on isolating plant/apparatus including work adjacent to living apparatus EN-1 Independent entry to substations with exposed live conductors Read More |
