EL / PL Solicitor – Manchester – up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits Package – Generous Bonus Scheme The Role Superb opportunity to join an award-winning leading law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of Private Insurance Clients. The firm is recognised across the UK for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Casualty Team, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor to work alongside its existing Casualty Team dealing with Employers and Public Liability claims. The role will involve handling a varied complex EL/PL litigated caseload; including dealing with interlocutory proceedings, CMCs and client meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience of defending litigated claims with excellent knowledge of the CPR and litigation. There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong lawyer with ambition, who can develop relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.
