A local authority based in London is seeking a Special Educational Needs experienced Paralegal. This is an interim role for three months initially.
The successful Education Paralegal will be required to support Lawyers in the department and assist with matters relating to SEN tribunals. You will carry your own caseload of SEN matters and will conduct legal research, draft advice, prepare legal documents and conduct legal proceedings relating to SEN and Disability Tribunals.
Previous experience working as an SEN Paralegal and supporting a busy education department is essential. You must have education paralegal legal to be considered for the role.
This is a hybrid working position with office attendance required weekly.
Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are seeking candidates available on no more than 4 weeks’ notice.
