Monday at Nine are delighted to be working with one of largest Global EdTech businesses to recruit a Product Marketing Director in to their team.

This role is a hybrid position based in the UK with weekly/monthly travel to one of their offices in Leeds or London.


As Product Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the narrative and strategy behind innovative education technology products.

Your mission will be to understand the needs and challenges of clients deeply, crafting compelling product stories, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with a diverse audience.


In this role your responsibilities will include:


  • Becoming a pivotal voice for both market and product, shaping product narratives, propositions, and messaging to resonate with target audiences, while steering GTM strategies and activations.
  • Establishing a product knowledge hub within the marketing department.
  • Collaborating with senior business leaders to develop key marketing foundations, including messaging, positioning, value propositions, customer success stories, ideal customer profiles (ICP), and journey mapping.
  • Leading product launch initiatives, adopting a pragmatic, tiered approach.
  • Producing a variety of content to nurture prospects along the buyer's journey, from presentations and videos to blog posts and infographics.
  • Equipping sales and partner channels with the tools and training necessary to amplify GTM initiatives.
  • Translating the product roadmap into strategic propositions that address market needs.
  • Working alongside marketing teams focused on growth and engagement to devise and implement marketing strategies that span various channels, aiming to meet key objectives.
  • Engaging in cross-functional collaboration to support ongoing awareness, adoption, and engagement campaigns.
  • Providing strategic input to product and marketing teams, leveraging feedback, external research, and data insights to influence GTM roadmap priorities.
