Role Overview


The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping the future ofLADbible Group by driving brand growth, engagement, and revenue.

This seniorleadership position involves overseeing our B2C and B2B marketing strategies,branding, communications, audience development, and partnership initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital media marketing,with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the fast-evolving media landscape.


What the opportunity looks like


  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2C and B2Bmarketing strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring marketingstrategies are cost-effective and produce a high return on investment.
  • Champion our brand positioning, ensuring it resonates with our targetaudience and stands out in a competitive media environment.
  • Oversee audience development efforts to maximise engagement andgrowth across all platforms, including social media and web.
  • Work closely with the CEO and C-suite executives to align the company'sstrategic vision and operationalise marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with content, sales and product teams to ensure a cohesiveand integrated approach to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Foster a data-driven culture within the marketing team, leveraginganalytics to inform strategies and measure effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team capable ofexecuting strategies that meet our ambitious goals.
  • Represent LADbible Group at industry events and in the media,enhancing the company’s profile and thought leadership position.
  • Staying informed of market trends and competitor positioning.
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence to drive innovation and improve performance within the marketing department.

Skills and experience we'd like you to have


  • Extensive experience in a senior marketing role within the digital mediaor related industry, with a proven track record of success in brand growthand audience development.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a dynamicteam in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital media landscape, including social media,SEO, content marketing, and audience analytics.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to see the big picture whilealso focusing on tactical and operational details.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of workingeffectively with teams across the organisation and with external partners.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies andcampaigns that engage and grow our audience.
  • Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its applicationsin marketing
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is desirablebut not mandatory.
