What you’ll be doing:

Your main responsibility will involve implementing SEO strategies across our website, both from a technical and content perspective, alongside helping the wider brand team execute marketing campaigns, creating campaign assets - including email and website pages and paid social management.

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll need to:

  • Support the Marketing Managers with delivering against key objectives - to drive leads for the Visualsoft sales team and increase overall brand awareness
  • Improve search visibility and overall website traffic through management of the Visualsoft website - including making ongoing improvements to the website structure, ensuring SEO best practices are met and carrying out keyword research to feed into the overarching content plan
  • Build and optimise marketing assets - including emails and landing pages using Hubspot Content Hub and email builder
  • Run and allocate a specified budget on paid social channels (Meta and LinkedIn) to push campaign messaging and content
  • Conduct market research
  • Communication & Teamwork: The ability to work to deadlines is a must whilst ensuring a high standard of work is maintained to exceed expectations.

    Key competencies for the role also include:

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing with proven experience in delivering campaign objectives 
  • Proven expertise in SEO
  • Passionate about brand, design, eCommerce and digital marketing
  • Proven experience of using B2B CRM platforms, such as Hubspot 
  • Evidence of paid social campaign management across Meta and Linkedin
  • Organised with good attention to detail and effective proofreading skills
  • A self starter with strong initiative and out of the box thinking
  • Able to pick up new technologies, systems and processes quickly and a willingness to learn
  • Technically minded and interested in how things work
  • Target and performance minded with strong time management skills
