About the Role: You will collaborate with the existing team to create design solutions for a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities include interpreting client briefs, guiding junior members, continuously developing technical skills, presenting concepts to clients, supporting project delivery, and ensuring brand guardianship. Day to day you'll interpret and develop client briefs with the CD/PM and support selected clients' brand guardianship. About you… To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in digital creative environment, confident to be in team client pitches, and proficiency in screen/web/UI design, Figma or Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite. You’ll have strong articulation skills, self-management abilities, and experience in creating and delivering pitch presentations. Attention to detail, demonstrated thinking and process, knowledge of user experience, and familiarity with atomic/modular design systems are essential along with a knock-out portfolio that you love to present and chat through your thought process.
