Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor Azure infrastructure systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Lead and manage designated infrastructure, focusing on design, configuration and security.
- Develop and maintain successful relationships with application business and technical owners.
- Support the implementation of infrastructure and ensure its smooth operation.
- Create and maintain end-to-end service monitoring for efficient service delivery.
- Provision and upgrade business-critical infrastructure systems, including hardware installations and software configurations.
About you:
- Proficiency in collaborating with software engineering teams within Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines or equivalent tools and expertise in defining Infrastructure as Code using Azure Bicep or Terraform.
- Excellent understanding of various Azure services, including networking infrastructure concepts and virtual networking features.
- Experience in working within an Agile environment and collaborating across multiple software engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks.
