Role Overview:



As our dermatologist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and clinical integrity of our protocols and studies.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Providing medical oversight and advice on company protocols, reviewing adverse events.
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to assess protocols, deliver clinical gradings, and contribute expert insights on product assessments.
  • Conducting and overseeing biopsy and tissue sampling studies.
  • Training and developing team members on skin conditions and clinical practices.
  • Supporting quality assurance activities and participating in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Advising the sales team to enhance business proposals and tender responses.


Ideal Candidate:



  • GMC registered specialist in dermatology.
  • Proficient in biological tissue sampling, minor surgeries, and blood sampling.
  • Located within a commutable distance to Edinburgh.
  • Experience in collaborative environments and mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate bedside manner.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and familiarity with active skin conditions.
