You’re a dynamic and driven people manager, who would relish the opportunity to join a thriving and welcoming team in Sherburn in Elmet.

With a background in either operational or commercial management, you’ll be a true problem-solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

You’ll be joining a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, so you’ll need to be an innovative, team player to lead our depot to success!


You’ll be responsible for driving the depot’s activity to produce maximum turnover by generating fresh business development initiatives and controlling all costs.

As a depot manager, you’ll oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of all employees as well as ensuring compliance with all legislation, codes of practice, and company policies.


As our Depot Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing 4 direct reports and supporting the training and performance of other employees within the site.

The supportive team has an abundance of company and industry experience, and they look forward to sharing this with someone eager to learn!


The role is based from our site in Sherburn in Elmet, and is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.


As a Depot Manager, you will have:


  • Substantial experience in leading, developing, and motivating sales and operational teams Operational experience, including programming and scheduling works
  • Experience gained in a related sector is desirable
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience using CRM systems
  • A full UK Driving Licence
